In order to receive respect and results, you have to treat your business like a business.  Put it SO high upon a pedal stool that people and clients and team members have nothing but RESPECT for your work.  If you are the CEO of your company, you need to be your own BEST employee and your WORST TOUGHEST boss at the same time!!~ It really lies in how BAD you want your vision to take place in reality... can you smell it? Taste it? Do you SEE it?  To keep my mental right, I listen to Og Mandino's Greatest Salesman book CD and read The Mary Kay Way book which teaches people in the beauty industry lessons on customer service and being a true independent beauty consultant!~

its been a few weeks.  what i have accomplished:

• i have started training my new girls
• i have product inventory
• i have bookings for my girls and myself

*time to make sales this weekend and next!~

today i am workin on setting up restaurant promotions for awareness of breast cancer, autism, and domestic violence. 

i am also scouting for latina employees!~ Have a manic Mondayyyy!~ <3

orientation next wednesday!~

just booked the orientation conference room for Wednesday coming.  Need to hire 8 girls total; I already have 5... need 3 more!! today i am filling in the outline of the program for orientation to educate and guide my new employees && get them all excited about this fabulous opportunity!~ xoxo

11 TIPS for 2011

im ur beauty (skin care and enhancement) expert!!

1.  The most important daily remedy lies in your skin care regimen.  You must be cleansing, exfoliating, toning, && moisturizing EVERY day two or more times a day depending on your skin type.  To find out how many times you personally need to cleanse your face, take my skin care consultation analysis.

2.  If you wear make up everyday (esp foundation and eyes shadows/mascara) you MUST have some daily and weekend routine to clean ALL of that make up off ur face EVERY day.  Otherwise, you will dry ur eyes out, promote eye sight problems in the future, and have clogged, enlarged pores of excessive oil or black heads or blemishes!! 

wash at least 2x a day!

3.  Your make up needs depend on your profession, daily activities, and personality!  What one girl wears on her face is not what you should be doing, find your own beauty enhancements!~ :: concealers, choose the RIGHT foundation, bronzer, blush, shadows and liner look to enhance ur eyes -- *ur shadows && liner application really depends on your eye shape, face shape, and how far apart your eyes are.

4.  EYE BROWS can make or break a woman's face.  Beware of eye brows TOO drawn on and fake looking, but also beware of an arch-less, hairy brow.  (USE tweezers! beauty is pain but u'll get used 2 it... tatts hurt way more so if u hv a tat u can learn 2 tweeze them brows!)  If u have curly eye brow hairs, brush them up then trim them with tiny hair scissors against the top line of ur brow, then brush down and trace the bottom border of  ur eye brow.  The GOAL is to fill in brows where they need more emphasis or where hair is thinned... My clients love how I trained them to use a dark (or light) eye shadow that matches their natural hair color and we use a smudge brush to pat on the powder to create the perfect filled in full brows. :) example of brush :

And your boyfriend's hands too... think of it this way :: when you touch ANYTHING, you leave natural and bacterial oils behind in your finger print, you leave DNA... so every time you touch your face you are putting small particles into ur pores and u dnt even kno it!!

today was cool

i worked my J-O-B today... (not my business) but it was cool.  I love my clients and customers so much and have a great time doing what I do... I teach women (and men and teens) how to care for their skin properly using a skin care line that best suits them.  The reason I said "teach" is because at each and every consultation, my client always learn something new and refreshing about skin care!~

i ALSO teach women the proper application of make up suitable for daily usage or for events and Girl's Night Outs!~  i LOVE what i do and when you love what you do, you barely are working a day in your life.  That's how I want my life and my employees' lives to be in my company.  I want us to attain flexibility, dedication and LOTs of Money because the BEAUTY MARKET is always lucrative!~ WHY?  Because rich or poor, every woman wants to look her absolute BEST.  and that's why my company and my vision will succeed and prosper beyond my hopes and dreams.!~ ... goodnite.

i met a few different women whom i interviewed to work for and with me as beauty advisors.  all of them were very different women and i liked the diversity in faces and personalities today... everyone wore mascara !~ awesome lol... all had gr8 skin and a passion for beauty so i look forward to working with them.  :)
